I spotted yesterday these Monks at Sanam Luang Park near Khao San Road. They emerged from Grand Palace Complex and probably in pilgrimage to visit the Emerald Buddha and the nearby Reclining Buddha.
It was surprising to see some of them pulling out their smart phones and taking souvenir photos of themselves. I usually see Buddhist Monks at Pratunam early in the morning begging for their foods and alms.
Well, it was obvious that these guys have learned that technology and their religious beliefs can go hand-in-hand.
