I have visited many countries not only in Asia but in Middle-East and Africa as well and this is the first time I have seen minus or negative floors.
In our recent trip to Paris we stayed in two hotel and both of them were using negative floors rather than basement.
Not only that, they also consider ground floor as zero floor thus the next upper floor is 1st floor. The entire concept is quite logical, isn't it?
