Sky Ranch - Tagaytay City

Sky Ranch is the newest attraction in Tagaytay City hence it is not surprising to see massive crowds during weekend. More so, the actual amusement park is jam packed with rides and food kiosks thus contributing to crowded atmosphere. It is fortunate that at the ether end of the amusement park are spacious gazebos ideal for family or large group.

Locating it is relatively easy as long as you won't be duped in following those "Sky Ranch Batangas" signs scattered along the highway if you are entering Tagaytay City through Sta. Rosa road.

Entrance fee is 80 pesos excluding rides during weekend and holiday; 50 pesos for the rest of the week. Your hand will be stamped upon entry so you can exit and enter the amusement park at your own convenience. Parking is free as long as your parking ticket will be validated by any of those food establishments lining up the Sky Ranch parking area. Yup, you dine to avail free parking.

Food Kiosks inside the amusement park

The entire place is well maintained but offers a limited vantage view of Taal volcano. Obviously, the view will be superb if you hop in at Sky Eye, the tallest Ferris Wheel in the country. Considering the elevation of Tagaytay City this ride is really worth every peso you'll pay.

At the entrance

You can buy souvenir items and "pasalubongs" items from the Flea Market or "Tiangge" at the entrance hall.

The place is ideal for kids and adolescent. Nice get away during weekends and holidays for city dwellers but for serious lovers of theme park and rides better visit Enchanted Kingdom.
